WPS Community luncurkan WPS Office 11.1.0.8372 untuk Linux

Setelah sekian lama tidak ada berita, kini WPS Office versi 11.1.0.8372 untuk Linux secara resmi telah di rilis. WPS Office 11.1.0.8372 ini telah dilengkapi dengan berbagai update, meliputi UX dan fitur-fitur yang sebelumnya ada pada WPS Office 2019 versi Windows.

Secara rinci, berikut ini adalah changelog dari WPS Office 11.1.0.8372 :

1. New skin style, icons, control points, Supports high resolution screen and custom appearance.
2. New pages, integration of recently opened documents, local templates, document templates, online templates, etc.
3. Document area supports preview effect when setting font size.

Install WPS Office di Ubuntu Linux

Untuk menginstall WPS Office versi 11 ini, tampaknya lebih mudah jika dibandingkan dengan versi 10 sebelumnya, karena tidak lagi membutuhkan dependency libpng12. Cukup lakukan dpkg -i <file_deb>, maka WPS Office akan terinstall dengan lancar (semoga).

Dibawah ini adalah contoh perintah untuk menginstall WPS Office 11 64bit.

sudo dpkg -i wps-office_11.1.0.8372_amd64.deb
